If you've never played before:

Once the game loads, click "Play Game" on the left-hand margin. From there, click "Download and Play Football Superstars." Once the download is complete, start the Football Superstars client when prompted. If you already have an account, you're done -- start playing!

If you don't have an account, launch Football Superstars from the installed desktop icon and click the "Register Now" link the upper right-hand corner. Create a free account. Then, start playing!
