Detailed Instructions
How to play:
Welcome to Good Ol' Poker, the classic game of cards, but with some twists.
- To start things off, pick a character that will represent you in the game. Each character has unique attributes (like aggressiveness of play style or cheat ability) and special ability (like the ability to peek into opponents cards).
- The purpose of the game is to get the best score (amount of money) in a poker round. A round consists of 15 hands. The hand is a classic set of dealing, betting and drawing.
- You can use your character's special ability to cheat in the game, but only when the Confidence bar is loaded to maximum.
- The bar loads 10% each hand and 35% when you win a hand. Use your ability very carefully, as sometimes the opponents will notice that something is wrong! Good luck!
Poker Rules:
- The poker play consists of hands, separate duels between players.
- In the beginning of a hand, one of the players deals cards, then everybody bets money, followed by drawing (exchange of unwanted cards), betting again, and finally - the showdown, in which every player who didn't chicken out during betting shows his or her cards and the winner is selected.
- The winner is selected by comparing strength of each player's cards. There are specific sets of cards, same or consecutive by suits or ranks, which have different strength. The best one is poker, a consecutive set of ranks of the same suit.
- There are many twists to this game, and specific rules, like putting big and small blinds, antes, side pots, but for more thorough explanation click the Instructions at the top of the main menu to view the in-game guide.
Hud Hints:
- Pot: This is the amount of money on the table.
- Bet: This is current minimal bet to call to keep playing.
- Side Pot: This pot is for players who did not give all in.
- All In: Put in all your money (even if you don't have enough to bet).
- Call: You put in the amount of money equal to current bet.
- Check: Delay decision until other players make their moves.
- Draw: You can click on cards and Draw them!
- Fold: You drop your cards and lose this hand.
- Menu: End the game and go back to main menu
- Raise: You raise the bet by desired amount of money and put it on the table.
- Cheat Bar: When the bar is full, you can pull of special move.

- Special ability: Change suit or rank of chosen cards in hand by one.

- Play style: passive
- Special ability: Exchange chosen cards in hand with two from the sleeve.
Celebrity Jane:
- Bluffer: good
- Play style: moderate
- Special ability: Shows which opponent has the best hand at the table.
Jessica James:
- Bluffer: weak
- Play style: passive
- Special ability: See chosen opponent’s cards.
Gold: 4,000 pts
Silver: 3,000 pts
