Use your mouse to select items on screen.
Thought bubbles above your customers' heads will tell you what sushi they want.
Choose the ingredients on the bottom left.
If you put the wrong ingredient on the roller, click on the back button to remove it.
Click the rollor board to complete the sushi roll.

Tips:

• Check the Sushi Recipes book to find out what sushi ingredients you need to use.
• Pay attention to your customers' moods. Don't take too long to serve them or they will leave.
• If you are running low on toppings, you can order more by clicking on the telephone.
• Serving sake or performing a knife trick will delay customer from leaving.
• Cash you make during the day can be used to order more ingredients.
