The Candystand.com Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists of a series of overlapping promotional Giveaways, each with a fixed number of Prizes to be awarded over a specified Promotional Period, in which participants qualify to win Prizes by redeeming earned tickets to gain entry into Ticket Drawing(s). Every Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and the Terms of Use for this Website except as expressly stated otherwise. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and have an Internet connection. Employees of the Sponsor, Funtank LLC, Sweepstakes supervisors and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. How to Enter the Sweepstakes
Earn tickets online and redeem earned tickets for an entry or entries in the selected Ticket Drawing(s). There is no cost to earn tickets. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Site. You must be logged into your account to earn and redeem tickets. If you are not already a registered user, you must first follow the directions to complete the registration process. Registration is free. You will be asked to provide your name, home address, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth upon registration. An Entry Page will be displayed allowing you to view current ticket holdings and the number of tickets required per entry for selected Ticket Drawing.
To enter, follow the directions provided on the Entry Page to redeem the applicable number of tickets to receive an entry into the applicable Ticket Drawing, at which time the number of tickets redeemed will be deducted from your account. The number of tickets required to obtain an entry for a Ticket Drawing may vary. No tickets will be refunded or credited to your account once entry is made. You may select how many entries you would like for the selected Ticket Drawing provided you have the number of tickets in your account required for the number of entries submitted for that Ticket Drawing. You will not be permitted to submit entries into any Ticket Drawing for which you do not have the number of tickets in your account required to submit the number of entries selected. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time of the end date specified in the individual Ticket Drawing details on the Entry Page.
Or, you may enter any Ticket Drawing via mail (without game play or use of tickets). To enter by mail hand-print on a 3" x 5" card your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code) and e-mail address (optional) and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: "Candystand Ticket Drawings," P.O. Box 650, Syosset, NY 11791-0650. You will receive one entry into all Ticket Drawings available in the month in which your entry was received. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. If an outer envelope contains more than one (1) entry, all entries in the envelope will be void. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of mail-in entries will be accepted.
Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Ticket Drawings and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may be required to submit proof of being the authorized account subscriber.
3. Tickets
Tickets have no cash or monetary value. Tickets are non-transferable to other users or accounts. Tickets will be maintained in your account until they are redeemed for a Ticket Drawing entry or the termination of this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to impose expiration dates on tickets at any time. Unused tickets shall be deemed void upon expiration date that Sponsor may impose or termination of your account. Any dispute with respect to how many tickets earned or redeemed will be decided by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion.

5. Potential Winner Selection
The potential winner(s) for each Ticket Drawing will be selected in a random drawing approximately seven (7) days after the conclusion of the applicable Ticket Drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Ticket Drawing.
6. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and required to respond to such e-mail notification within five (5) business days of the date such e-mail is sent. Additionally, for prizes valued at $600 and above the winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within thirty (30) days of date of issuance. In the event that any e-mail, notification or correspondence to a potential winner is returned as undeliverable or a response is not received within the specified time period, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the Ticket Drawing(s) at issue. Noncompliance with the requirements set forth herein, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the Ticket Drawing(s) at issue. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
7. Publicity
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Parent or Legal Guardian must act for a minor.
8. General Conditions
By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Board of Judges. Publishers Clearing House, pch.com, Funtank LLC,Candystand.com and their agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Publishers Clearing House, pch.com, Funtank LLC,Candystand.com and their agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Publishers Clearing House, pch.com, Funtank LLC,Candystand.com and their agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Publishers Clearing House, pch.com, Funtank LLC,Candystand.com and which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Publishers Clearing House and pch.com reserve the right to terminate the online portion of the promotion. Entries become the property of Publishers Clearing House and pch.com and will not be returned.
Publishers Clearing House and pch.com reserves the right through decision by the Board of Judges to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the pch.com system and/or the Funtank LLC services in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunity.
9. Disputes
Decisions of the Sponsor's Board of Judges are final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
