1. Here's how it works: Funtank, L.L.C. ("Sponsor") will offer multiple individual sweepstakes, each with a distinct start date, end date and prize. For purposes of these Official Rules, each sweepstakes will be referred to herein as a "Ticket Drawing". You can earn tickets by participating in certain activities at www.candystand.com ("Site") and redeem your earned tickets to gain entry into any Ticket Drawing(s) of your choice, provided you have earned the required number of tickets to enter that Ticket Drawing. Refer to Site for details on how to earn tickets. See Section #3 for details on how to enter.

2. Eligibility: Ticket Drawings are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry (unless otherwise specified in the details of any individual Ticket Drawing). An eligible minor should have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter. Employees of Sponsor and each of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win any Ticket Drawing. Void where prohibited by law. Individuals who have won a prize in any sweepstakes, contest or instant win game on the Site within the 90 days preceding the commencement of any individual Ticket Drawing are not eligible. Ticket Drawings are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. How to Enter: Participants may enter any Ticket Drawing(s) in one (1) of two (2) ways: (i) Earn tickets online and redeem earned tickets for an entry or entries in the selected Ticket Drawing(s). There is no cost to earn tickets. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Site. You must be logged into your account to redeem tickets. If you are not already a registered user, you must first follow the directions to complete the registration process. Registration is free. You will be asked to provide your name, home address, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth upon registration. An Entry Page will be displayed allowing you to view current ticket holdings, number of tickets required per entry for selected Ticket Drawing and number of maximum entries allowed per day. To enter, follow the directions provided to redeem the applicable number of tickets to receive an entry into the applicable Ticket Drawing, at which time the number of tickets redeemed will be deducted from your account. The number of tickets required to obtain an entry for a Ticket Drawing may vary. No tickets will be refunded or credited to your account once entry is made. You may select how many entries you would like for the selected Ticket Drawing, up to the maximum allowed for that Ticket Drawing (as stated on the Entry Page), provided you have the number of tickets in your account required for the number of entries submitted for that Ticket Drawing. You will not be permitted to submit entries into any Ticket Drawing for which you do not have the number of tickets in your account required to submit the number of entries selected. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time of the end date specified in the individual Ticket Drawing details on the Entry Page. Or, (ii) to enter any Ticket Drawing via mail (without game play or use of tickets), hand-print on a 3" x 5" card your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code) and e-mail address (optional) and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: "Candystand Ticket Drawings" (must specify Ticket Drawing name and end date), P.O. Box 982, Gainesville, VA 20156. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end date as specified in the applicable Ticket Drawing details on the Entry Page and received within seven (7) days to be eligible. One (1) mail-in entry will count as the maximum daily entries for the applicable Ticket Drawing (as stated on the Entry Page). Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per household per Ticket Drawing per day. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit maximum daily entries (as specified in individual Ticket Drawing details on Entry Page) per person, per e-mail address and per household per Ticket Drawing per day, regardless of method of entry. Entries received for any Ticket Drawing in excess of the stated limitation from any person, household or e-mail address on any given day will be void. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of mail-in entries will be accepted. Entries, tickets or game plays generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries, tickets or game plays by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Ticket Drawings and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may be required to submit proof of being the authorized account subscriber.

4. Random Drawing: The potential winner(s) for each Ticket Drawing will be selected in a random drawing approximately seven (7) days after the conclusion of the applicable Ticket Drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Ticket Drawing. The drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Ticket Drawing.

5. Winner Notification: Potential winners (and/or, as applicable, parent/legal guardian if any potential winner is an eligible minor) will be notified by e-mail and required to respond to such e-mail notification within seven (7) days of the date such e-mail is sent. Additionally, potential winners (and/or, as applicable, parent/legal guardian if any potential winner is an eligible minor) may also be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance. In the event that any e-mail, notification or correspondence to a potential winner (or, as applicable, parent/legal guardian) is returned as undeliverable or a response is not received within the specified time period, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the Ticket Drawing(s) at issue. Noncompliance with the requirements set forth herein, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the Ticket Drawing(s) at issue. If applicable, if any potential winner is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. IF ANY MINOR IS SELECTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER, HE/SHE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SPONSOR WITH A FULLY EXECUTED PARENT PERMISSION FORM (WHICH MUST INCLUDE A PARENT'S OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S APPROVAL AND SIGNATURE). SUCH FORM WILL BE SENT TO THE E-MAIL OR MAILING ADDRESS PROVIDED AND MUST BE RETURNED BY MAIL TO: "CANDYSTAND TICKET DRAWING - PARENT PERMISSION" (PLEASE SPECIFY TICKET DRAWING NAME AND END DATE), P.O. BOX 295, GAINESVILLE, VA 20156, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF DATE OF ISSUANCE OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED AND, AT SPONSOR'S DISCRETION, AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED FOR TICKET DRAWING AT ISSUE.

6. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Prizes and ARV information are provided for each Ticket Drawing in the individual Ticket Drawing details on Entry Page. All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winners shall be solely responsible for all taxes (including federal, state and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified in the individual Ticket Drawing details on Entry Page as being awarded. All prize details (including without limitation, method and location of delivery of the prizes), are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize award per person, per e-mail address and per household per any 90-day period on the Site, regardless of promotion. Any prize won in excess of this stated limitation by any person or e-mail address or household will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue.

7. GENERAL RULES: Tickets have no cash or monetary value. Tickets are non-transferable to other users or accounts. Tickets will be maintained in your account until they are redeemed for a Ticket Drawing entry or the termination of this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to impose expiration dates on tickets at any time. Unused tickets shall be deemed void upon expiration date that Sponsor may impose or termination of your account. Any dispute with respect to how many tickets earned or redeemed will be decided by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants (and, as applicable, parent/legal guardian of any entrant who is an eligible minor) agree to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters; and (ii) release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims and liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including any injuries resulting from use of any prize or any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in any Ticket Drawing or in any activity through which you earn tickets. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, garbled, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail, entries, ticket awards, game plays or e-mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable cable, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with any Ticket Drawing, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Ticket Drawings, the tabulation of the number of tickets earned or redeemed, the processing of entries, the announcement of any prize or in any Ticket Drawing-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in any Ticket Drawing. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in any Ticket Drawing or downloading materials from or use of the Site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Ticket Drawings or Site or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and their entries/tickets voided. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Ticket Drawings, or if technical difficulties, virus, bugs or other causes compromise the integrity of any Ticket Drawing, the judges reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Ticket Drawing(s) at issue and, if terminated, at their sole discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prize(s) for the Ticket Drawing(s) at issue using all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable Ticket Drawing(s) as of the date of termination.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: As a condition of participating, entrant (and, as applicable, parent/legal guardian if entrant is an eligible minor) agrees that: (i) under no circumstances will entrant (or, as applicable, parent/legal guardian if entrant is an eligible minor) be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant (and, as applicable, parent/legal guardian if entrant is an eligible minor) hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out of pocket expenses, if any, (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Ticket Drawings, or any compensation or credit to be provided, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, if any, and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. All Ticket Drawings shall be governed by New York substantive and procedural law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflicts of laws rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. By participating in any Ticket Drawing, entrants (and, as applicable, parent/legal guardian if entrant is an eligible minor) irrevocably consent that New York courts shall have personal jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to any Ticket Drawing and that venue shall only be in the federal or state courts of New York.

9. DATA COLLECTION: Information submitted in connection with these Ticket Drawings will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at www.candystand.com/privacy; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.

10. NAMES OF WINNERS/RULES: The name(s) of the winner(s) (available 30 days after the conclusion of the applicable Ticket Drawing(s)) and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: "Candystand Ticket Drawings - Winner/Rules" (please specify winner or rules, Ticket Drawing name and end date), P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156, for receipt no later than two (2) months proceeding Ticket Drawing end date. Vermont residents may omit return postage on rules requests.
