1. The Candystand "Be a Fan" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 15, 2009 and ends 11:59 PM ET on June 14, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Eligible minors should have their parents' or legal guardians' permission prior to entering this Sweepstakes.

3. During the Sweepstakes Period, go to the Candystand page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Candystandcom/5542749089 and click on "Become a fan". By becoming a fan of the Candystand.com page, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Becoming a fan is free. Existing Facebook members who are already a fan of the Candystand.com Facebook page will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. You must have a Facebook account to enter. Establishing a Facebook account is free. To be eligible for the drawing, you must become a fan of the Candystand.com page and receive an entry by 11:59 PM ET on June 14, 2009. Note: If you deactivate your Facebook account at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, your entry will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Facebook account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple, same or different email addresses will void that entrant's entries. Use of any automated system to participate and use of any other devices to subvert the entry process is prohibited and will result in disqualification (and all associated entries will be void). In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account will be deemed to be the participant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a Facebook account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4. A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 22, 2009 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

5. Grand Prize (1): One (1) Flip Mino HD (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") $229.99). Winner will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses, including any cost of installation, associated with acceptance and use of the prize not described herein as being awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Employees of Funtank, L.L.C. ("Sponsor"), Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C. ("Promoter"), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

7. Potential winner will be required, in the sole discretion of the judges, to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance of those documents or prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. The potential winner will be notified via his or her Facebook account and will be required to respond, if response to such notification is not received within seven (7) business days of date of its issuance or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a minor, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize to his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

8. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York substantive and procedural law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflicts of laws rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York) or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (and parent/legal guardian if entrant is an eligible minor) irrevocably consent that New York courts shall have personal jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall only be in the federal or state courts of New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
